Job summary

AMLI Flatiron in Atlanta, GA is seeking an EPA-certified Apartment HVAC & Service Technician. You will diagnose AC problems, perform repairs, respond to resident service requests, and help maintain building systems. The role blends HVAC troubleshooting with apartment maintenance and preventive tasks.

You’ll handle on-call rotation evenings and weekends, maintain records, and contribute to a safe, high-quality living environment for AMLI residents. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC service or apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Hands-on troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs.
• On-call evening/weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC issues and perform air conditioning repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry in apartments.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs.
• Inspect vacant apartments and prepare for new residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections of building systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Support on-call maintenance needs during evenings and weekends.
