AMLI Residential is seeking an EPA-certified HVAC Maintenance Technician for AMLI Arts Center in Atlanta, GA. You will perform HVAC repairs, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics to ensure resident comfort and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC service, or building maintenance.
• EPA 608 Certification or Type 1 and 2 required.
• Experience with HVAC systems, AC repair, refrigerant handling, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs, including HVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement.
• Complete HVAC service, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics, ensuring optimal performance and resident comfort.
• Ensure vacant apartments are restored to make-ready condition with attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to service requests, including HVAC-related issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed).
• Conduct inspections and assist with preventative maintenance (HVAC, pool care, lighting, filters).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage tools and inventory.

Looking for a new opportunity as a maintenance professional? AMLI Residential is hiring an EPA-certified HVAC Maintenance Technician.

What You'll Do

• Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs, including HVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement
• Complete HVAC service, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics, ensuring optimal performance and resident comfort
• Ensure all vacated apartments are restored to make-ready condition with strong attention to detail
• Respond promptly to service requests, including air conditioning and HVAC-related issues
• Participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed)
• Conduct inspections and assist with preventative maintenance, including HVAC systems, pool care, exterior lighting, and filters
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly manage tools, equipment, and inventory

Qualifications
