Job summary

AMLI Flatiron in Atlanta, GA is seeking an EPA-certified Apartment HVAC & Service Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to resident service requests. The role combines HVAC work with broad apartment maintenance tasks in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of HVAC or building maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in HVAC service, apartment maintenance, or building maintenance.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC issues and perform repairs and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and other apartment components.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and care.
• Inspect vacant apartments and prepare homes for new residents.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and on-call rotation for evenings/weekends.

This position combines HVAC service with a variety of apartment maintenance responsibilities.
