Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Housekeeper for a Waters Edge community. You will clean vacant apartments, maintain common areas, and support the on-site team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include making-ready units, trash-outs, and adhering to company standards. Candidates should have prior apartment housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous Apartment Housekeeper experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Stable work history
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins
• Maintain cleanliness in community common areas including the office, clubhouse, laundry centers and storage rooms
• Trash out and clean vacated units as needed
• Assist with make-ready preparations as directed
• Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and according to company standards
• Support the on-site team and work collaboratively with all staff members
• Work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager
