Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Housekeeper for the Waters Edge property in Texas. You will clean vacant apartments, maintain common areas, and assist with make-ready tasks while supporting the on-site team and adhering to company standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with others. Bilingualis a plus, and a valid driver's license is preferred. Local candidates within 20 miles are encouraged to apply.

• Previous Apartment Housekeeper experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins.
• Maintain cleanliness in community areas (office, clubhouse, laundry centers, storage).
• Trash out and clean vacated units as needed.
• Assist with make-ready preparations as directed.
• Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and per company standards.
• Support on-site team and collaborate with staff.
• Work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Housekeeper:

We're looking for an experienced Apartment Housekeeper who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. In this role, you will:

• Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins
• Maintain cleanliness in community common areas including the office, clubhouse, laundry centers and storage rooms
• Trash out and clean vacated units as needed
• Assist with make-ready preparations as directed
• Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and according to company standards
• Support the on-site team and work collaboratively with all staff members
• Work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager

What We're Looking For in the Apartment Housekeeper:

• Previous Apartment Housekeeper experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Stable work history
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Working Environment:

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying items as part of daily housekeeping responsibilities. Work is performed both indoors and within community common areas.

All employees must comply with the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
