Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR is seeking a reliable Porter to support two apartment communities in San Antonio, TX. The role involves janitorial tasks, groundskeeping, and basic maintenance, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8:00am–5:00pm hours.

You’ll report to the Maintenance Supervisor, receive a competitive hourly wage of $18 and a monthly transportation allowance, plus rent discount benefits. A HS diploma and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant porter and groundskeeping experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid US work authorization.
• Ability to multitask, follow directions, and maintain clean facilities.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with janitorial duties and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial and general maintenance across properties.
• Inspect common areas, landscaping, and signage for safety and curb appeal.
• Operate leaf blower and pressure washer; complete assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager daily.
• Assist with resident interactions and respond to requests professionally.
• Attend training and development seminars as needed.
