Park Property Management Company in Staunton, VA is hiring a Groundskeeper for the Big Sky community. This in-person role focuses on curb appeal and cleanliness, with training through The Park Academy.

No experience required—just a positive, eager-to-learn attitude. Employment is contingent upon a background check and drug screening. Pay is $19.00 per hour.

About The Role

As a Groundskeeper at Big Sky in Staunton, VA, you'll be the heartbeat of our community's curb appeal and cleanliness. Our team is dedicated to helping further the skills and attributes required to be a successful member of our maintenance team. Through our training and mentorship program, "The Park Academy," we will help build those with positive and eager-to-learn attitudes to grow and succeed.
