You should be willing to work outdoors in all weather, perform lifting and physical tasks, and contribute to a clean, welcoming community. Employment is contingent on background check and drug screening.

About the Role

As a Groundskeeper at Vistas in Lynchburg, VA, you'll be the heartbeat of our community's curb appeal and cleanliness. Our team is dedicated to helping further the skills and attributes required to be a successful member of our maintenance team. Through our training and mentorship program, "The Park Academy," we will help build those with positive and eager-to-learn attitudes to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain beautiful grounds and common areas
• Remove litter and debris
• Assist with turnover cleaning and painting
• Support the maintenance team with various tasks
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to perform physical activities (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders/stairs, reaching above shoulders, grasping/gripping/turning, lifting/carrying equipment, supplies, and other materials, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
