Job summary

The Willows of West Hills is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain the outdoor spaces and common areas of our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and contributing to a welcoming living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include keeping driveways, walkways, and pool areas clean, performing routine maintenance tasks, and assisting the maintenance team with requests and light repairs. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to operate a golf cart.

Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license.

Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report prior to employment.
