Falls Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Associate to maintain apartment community grounds, pools, and buildings. You will perform pool maintenance, assist with resident functions, and help with general upkeep and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Average communication skills to understand and follow directions.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance is preferred, plus general grounds care.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pool, pool areas, and pool furniture.
• Assists team with customer service and satisfaction metrics.
• Assists with door-to-door trash pickup when required.
• Trashes out vacant apartments as needed.
• Moves appliances using an appliance dolly.
• Maintains a clean and orderly shop.
• Accompanies vendors to apartments.
• Follows company key policy and safety rules (OSHA).
• Washes and waters plants and grass as required.
• Participates in maintenance and improvement plans.
• Reports maintenance problems promptly.
