Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking an entry-level Grounds Maintenance team member to perform daily upkeep at Cardinal Ridge, Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities include pool maintenance, landscaping tasks, and general maintenance across common areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from office areas and common areas daily.
• Clean and maintain pool; balance chemicals and log results.
• Check pool area gates for proper operation and security.
• Clean carpets in vacant and occupied units as directed.
• Water plants between visits or if no lawn contractor available.
• Power washing as preventive maintenance.
• Trash removal from vacant units.
• Assist housekeeper with cleaning offices and common areas.
