Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Assistant for Bell Lansbrook Village in Palm Harbor, FL. You will help maintain the grounds, buildings, and common areas under supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a multi-family community. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in grounds keeping and landscaping, are at least 18, and can handle basic maintenance tasks, cleaning, and occasional pool or snow duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of grounds keeping experience in a multi-family environment.
• 2+ years of landscaping experience.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required depending on site staffing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the community, including landscaping and cleanliness of common areas.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, clean duties, and assist with building upkeep.
• Assist with pool maintenance, snow removal, and safety/compliance procedures as needed.
• Follow safety/OSHA guidelines and work under the Maintenance Manager.
