Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior common areas: sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, trash enclosures, and walkways.
• Empty and clean trash/recycling areas; remove debris and litter from grounds.
• Sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces and common areas as needed.
• Perform basic exterior maintenance and repairs (fencing, signage, trash cans, lighting fixtures).
• Operate and maintain non-landscaping equipment (pavement sweepers, blowers, pressure washers).
• Monitor and report safety hazards, property damage, vandalism, and maintenance needs to management.
• Assist with move-in/move-out clean-ups, event setups, and special projects.
• Follow property safety, appearance, and sustainability standards.
