You will perform landscaping, trash removal, snow clearing, and basic maintenance across multiple properties. The job requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to pick up trash and maintain dog waste stations.
• Mow, trim, and mulch landscaping tasks.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.).
• Remove snow and apply salt to sidewalks and steps.
• Report safety hazards to the Service Supervisor.
• Assist with unit make-ready tasks as requested.
• Follow safety procedures and property security protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

$16 hourly and Transportation Allowance

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk the property daily to pick up trash, remove debris, and maintain dog waste stations and dumpster areas


• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and mulching


• Use hand tools and power equipment (leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)


• Remove snow and apply salt to sidewalks and steps during winter weather


• Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked


• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns to the Service Supervisor


• Assist with unit “make-ready” tasks as requested


• Follow company safety procedures and property security protocols


• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate power tools and landscaping equipment


• Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and outdoor maintenance


• Good time management and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license required


• Reliable transportation required; may be assigned to multiple properties during a shift
