Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of The Lewis Group of Companies, seeks a Business Manager to partner with the Community Director and co-manage property operations for Homecoming at Terra Vista. You’ll lead staff, drive occupancy, budgets, vendor relations, and resident satisfaction at a premier Lewis community.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget control, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities for training and advancement within the Lewis portfolio.

Formación

• 3+ years of property management experience with supervisory background.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operations.
• Solid understanding of landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping staff.
• Develop and oversee community budgets, reports, and bookkeeping.
• Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and service quality.
• Recruit, motivate, monitor, and reward employees.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through proactive service and problem-solving.
• Support marketing initiatives and community engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, landlord/tenant regulations, and company policies.
• Use MS Office daily; OneSite or similar PM software experience preferred.
