AIR Communities is hiring an on-site Community Manager for The Willows Ashley Park in Newnan, GA. You will lead leasing and maintenance teams, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional resident experiences within a vibrant apartment community.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in sales, customer service, and asset management, plus 2+ years in leadership. The role supports budget goals, strategic planning, and compliant operations with a strong service focus.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management in property management or related industry
• At least 2 years in a leadership role in property management
• 2-4 years leading a team in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse team
• Familiarity with property management systems (Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce)
• Flexible schedule; Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00am–6:30pm

We are hiring a Community Manager to work onsite at our The Willows Ashley Park apartment community in Newnan, GA.

What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

• Expected salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Commissions for new leases and renewals.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals
• Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.

What You Have

• At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management.
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
• Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
• Flexible schedule availability to work during ouroffice hours. Typical schedule will beTuesday - Saturday,10:00am - 6:30pm (hours may vary based on community and season).
• Reliable transportation.
