Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for the Decatur, GA community. This full-time role leads a maintenance team, ensures high resident service, and manages vendor relationships and capital needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry.
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenance.
• A reliable mode of transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
• Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service

What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

• Expected pay rate of $ 65,000 -711,000annually + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses. Service Managers who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earnup to $250per quarter.

What You Will Do
