AIR Communities is hiring a Resident Relations Manager for Mezzo and Tremont in the Atlanta, GA area. This full-time role leads leasing activities, delivers exceptional resident service, and drives monthly leasing goals while complying with Fair Housing laws.

You will follow AIR's sales process, conduct tours, and provide leasing support across the portfolio. The compensation includes hourly pay with commissions and a 25% rent discount at AIR communities.

What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

• Expected Pay: $24.00-$28.00/hr. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Commissionsfor new leases and renewals.

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of your unique communityand to help prospects find their new home at AIR.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassingmonthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, creatingmoments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.

What You Have

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work during ouroffice hours(hours may include weekends and will vary based on community and season).
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
