Job summary

Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Property Manager responsible for guiding all community operations and coordinating staff and resources to hit community objectives. This role includes coaching the Leasing Manager for coverage during absences.

The position offers a $67,000 annual salary plus commissions, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave, and a 401K. Schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School.
• Minimum on-site management experience: 2 years.
• Preferred: Residential or commercial management experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain office on schedule and ensure curb appeal.
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure staff complete required courses and training.
• Provide disciplinary actions when necessary and document outcomes.
