Cal-AM Properties Inc. is seeking an Apartment Property Manager to oversee all community operations and supervise on-site staff, coordinating resources to achieve community objectives set by leadership. The role includes training the Leasing Manager to assume duties in the manager's absence.

The compensation package includes a $67,000 annual salary plus commissions and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, vacation and sick leave, and a 401K, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years of on-site management experience.
• Residential or commercial property management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School required.

Responsabilités

• Open and maintain office on schedule and ensure curb appeal.
• Hire, train and supervise on-site staff; conduct performance evaluation and timesheet approvals.
• Ensure staff complete required courses and provide feedback to underperforming employees.
• Assist budgeting with RM/DM and keep within budget guidelines.
• Oversee rent collection and posting; handle evictions and delinquent accounts.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and approvals of invoices.
• Monitor liability and workers’ comp claims and report to corporate office.
• Inspect community and make-ready units; coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
