AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Community Manager for North Glen MacArthur in Irving, TX. You will lead a small team, manage leasing and maintenance, and drive budgeted revenue while delivering outstanding resident experiences.

The role offers on-site responsibilities with a compensation range and bonus opportunity, plus a full suite of employee benefits. You will play a key part in daily operations and long-term community success.

Competenze

• 4+ years in sales, customer service, and asset management in property management or related industries.
• 2+ years in leadership in property management.
• 2–4 years leading a team in a competitive sales environment.
• Proven ability to mentor a diverse group and coach performance.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• Knowledge of budgets and financials.
• Experience with property management systems.
