Preferred Apartment Communities in Tampa is seeking a leasing agent to convert leads into residents through tours, follow-up, and professional sales techniques. You will deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects while guiding applications, screenings, leases, and move-ins.

Maintain property presentation, support daily operations, and monitor market conditions to promote occupancy. This is an on-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Additional Information

What We Offer:

Expected pay rate of $19.00/hour-$20.00/hour + commissions.You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job
