AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Community Manager for the Arcadia community in Centennial, CO. You will lead operations, sales, finances and team development to deliver outstanding resident experiences and meet business goals.

As a true business leader, you will manage a small team, oversee the property budget, drive revenue growth, supervise leasing and maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
• Flexible schedule availability to work Tue–Sat, 10:00am–6:30pm

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

• Expected salary range of $75,000-$85,000+ 15% target bonus opportunity.You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do

What You Have

• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
• Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
• Flexible schedule availability to work during ouroffice hours. Typical schedule will beTuesday – Saturday,10:00am – 6:30pm(hours may vary based on community and season).
• Reliable transportation.
