Job summary

AIR Communities seeks a Community Manager to lead operations, sales, finances, and team development across its apartment communities. You will drive exceptional resident experiences and strategic performance.

You will oversee leasing, budgeting, revenue growth, and adherence to standards, while mentoring a diverse team to deliver top-tier service and results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, customer service and asset management in property management or related industries
• 2+ years in a leadership role in property management
• 2–4 years leading a team in competitive sales/customer service environments
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse team
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Understanding of budgets and financials
• Familiarity with property management systems (Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce)
• Flexible schedule, Tue–Sat, 10:00am–6:30pm

What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

• A base salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Commissionsfor new leases and renewals.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals
• Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.

Qualifications

What You Have

• At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management.
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
• Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
• Flexible schedule availability to work during ouroffice hours. Typical schedule will beTuesday – Saturday,10:00am – 6:30pm(hours may vary based on community and season).
• Reliable transportation.
