Job summary

Apartner seeks an experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in Gainesville, FL. You will oversee all work orders, train staff, prepare vacants, and ensure safety and quality across the property.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience, solid electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge, and a positive, proactive attitude. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Maintenance Supervisor.
• HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or property management.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
