Job summary

Apartner seeks an experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to oversee maintenance requests, supervise the team, and prepare market-ready units. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Maintenance Supervisor.
• HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or property management.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
