Job summary

Apartner is seeking experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Supervisors to join our team in Florida. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience and a strong background in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities include supervising a maintenance team, coordinating work orders, preparing market-ready units, and participating in on-call rotation for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Maintenance Supervisor.
• Affordable Housing Experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or property management.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
