Cherrywood Apartments in Kenner, LA is seeking an Assistant Manager to welcome future residents, conduct engaging tours, and coordinate the leasing journey from application to move-in day.

You will work with maintenance and vendors to ensure move-in readiness, respond to inquiries, support marketing initiatives, and help build a thriving community. Experience in property management is a plus, with AppFolio as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience with property management software; AppFolio a bonus.
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude and a passion for helping people.
• Flexibility to work an occasional Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging tours and assist residents through the leasing journey.
• Coordinate make-ready processes with maintenance and vendors.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident events.
• Maintain records and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Assist with move-ins and build community relationships.
