Job summary

Independent Management Services is seeking a reliable cleaning/maintenance associate to support our Rainbow Terrace property in Cleveland. You will perform daily inspections, clean common areas and apartments, and help ensure buildings are secure after office hours.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, stocking restrooms, trash disposal, and participating in ongoing education and training. The role emphasizes attention to detail and adherence to housing regulations, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong attendance and punctuality record.
• Attention to detail with knowledge of cleaning supplies and practices.
• Compliance with Federal Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing education and training.
• Daily inspections of residential and office buildings.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
• Collection and disposal of trash within building and around property.
• Cleaning apartments to make ready for occupancy.
• Ensure building is locked and secure after office hours.
• Reports directly to the Site Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
