Responsibilities

• Post, track, and manage delinquency of rental income and other revenue.
• Process invoices generated by the property.
• Pursue collection of bad debt before write-offs.
• Assist with evictions related to non-payment of rent.
• Support property financial operation reporting.
• Assist with leasing functions including inquiries, tours, and applications.
