Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical account management, solutions engineering, or post-sales technical role.
• Strong foundation in enterprise IT products, ideally SaaS or security platforms.
• Experience in handling escalations and support tickets.

• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, from onboarding to operational maturity.
• Manage support cases and feature requests, ensuring customer communication.
• Train customer teams and tailor configuration guidance to their environment.
