Job summary

Circle is a leading internet financial platform building a global economy through digital assets, payments, and blockchain. The role sits within Strategy, Communications, and Policy to oversee external engagements and regional partnerships across APAC and beyond, ensuring speakers are prepared and aligned with strategy.

You will manage partnerships, speaker programs, and post-event content, collaborating with Marketing and Legal while supporting senior leadership and coordinating with US teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in communications, policy, partnerships, or program management.
• Experience producing events or speaker programs and managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Strong judgment and ability to prepare crisp briefs for senior executives.
• Confidence to work with senior executives and earn their trust.
• Fluency with generative AI models and prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Produce regional events across APAC and secure speaking opportunities for Circle’s executives.
• Manage APAC partnerships with organizations like GFTN to deepen presence.
• Provide speakers with prep, messaging, and post-event feedback.
• Maintain Circle’s speaking program and messaging library.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Legal on post-event content.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and renewals with vendors and partners.
• Provide executive support to the Senior Director of Strategic Positioning.
• Collaborate with US-based colleagues through a follow-the-sun model.
