Circle is seeking a strategic communications and policy professional to lead external engagements and manage APAC partnerships. You will prepare senior executives for engagements, align messaging with Circle’s positioning, and oversee a growing speaking program across regulators and financial institutions.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Legal on post-event content, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and coordinate across time zones with US teams. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in communications, policy, partnerships, or program management, ideally in financial services or digital assets.
• Experience producing events or speaker programs, and managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Strong judgment and the ability to prepare crisp, accurate briefs for senior executives.
• Confidence to work with senior executives and earn their trust.
• Fluency with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and prompt development, including agentic workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Define and oversee Circle’s external engagements and partner relationships across APAC and beyond.
• Set the standard for external representation, ensuring messaging alignment with strategy.
• Develop and manage regional partnerships and events, deepening Circle’s regulator and industry presence.
• Provide prep and messaging guidance to speakers; ensure on-message delivery.
• Maintain the speaking program and messaging library; triage inbound requests.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Legal on post-event content; extend reach of appearances.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and renewals for vendors and partners.
• Provide executive support to the Senior Director of Strategic Positioning; track pipeline and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with US-based colleagues through a follow-the-sun model.
