Circle, NY-based, is seeking a seasoned events leader to join the Strategy, Communications, and Policy team. You will coordinate global partnerships, pair policy expertise with execution, and host gatherings that advance Circle’s narrative across regulated markets.

Expect complex project management, frequent domestic and international travel (including Davos), and close collaboration with the VP of Impact and other senior stakeholders to shape the future of money.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience curating and hosting senior-level events within policy, government affairs, strategic engagement, a think tank, or a regulatory body.
• Confidence working directly with senior leaders.
• Ability to link corporate strategy with event and program execution.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and organizational skills to manage many moving pieces.
• Fluency with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt development.

Responsabilidades

• Own Circle’s presence at high-profile gatherings, including Davos 2027, and support Circle’s work at UNGA and the World Bank–IMF Annual Meetings.
• Own signature programming that brings senior policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders together around Circle’s story.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with influential institutions such as the Atlantic Council, World Economic Forum, and CFR, plus think tanks and regulators.
• Manage the pursuit of earned platforms and speaking opportunities for Circle’s executives.
• Oversee VIP events at Circle’s New York headquarters, from ideation to on-site execution, in partnership with Corporate Events.
