Circle is seeking a seasoned events and strategy leader based in the New York or Washington, D.C. area to drive Circle’s presence at global policy gatherings and signature programming for senior policymakers and industry leaders.

You will manage complex projects, coordinate with think tanks and regulators, and oversee VIP events at our NYC headquarters, including Davos 2027 planning and related partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience curating and hosting senior‑level events within policy, government affairs, strategic engagement, a think tank, or a regulatory body.
• Confidence and comfort working directly with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to communicate crisply and run tight meetings.
• Ability to link corporate strategy with event and program execution.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver exceptional, high‑quality outcomes.
• Savvy in managing complex projects, driving operational coordination among a broad range of colleagues and teams.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and the organizational skills to manage many moving pieces.
• Working knowledge of WEF and Davos. Ability to immediately assume project management responsibilities for Davos 2027.
• Fluency with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and prompt development, including developing and utilizing agentic workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own Circle's presence at the gatherings where policy and money conversations are shaped, including Davos 2027 project management.
• Develop signature programming that brings senior policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders together around Circle's story.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with think tanks, NGOs, regulators and civil society institutions.
• Pursue earned platforms and speaking opportunities for Circle's executives and leaders.
• Oversee VIP events at Circle's New York headquarters from concept to on-the-ground execution.
