Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a senior technical engagement professional to own the lifecycle for enterprise customers, from discovery through deployment and optimization.

You will architect integrations across the Zero Trust Exchange, including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX, in multi-cloud and hybrid environments, with AI-powered workloads in mind. You will lead maturity assessments and workshops, guiding customers on identity, SaaS ecosystems, and threat-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical engagement lifecycle for enterprise customers.
• Architect and integrate ZIA, ZPA, ZDX across complex environments including AI-driven workloads.
• Lead Zero Trust maturity assessments and migration planning sessions with customer and partner stakeholders.
• Guide customers on securing modern identity frameworks, SaaS ecosystems, and AI-powered workflows.
• Partner with sales, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consultancy and deployment services.
