Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Vended Application Senior Consultant II (Zscaler) to implement and optimize cloud-delivered security services across the enterprise. You will configure ZIA and ZPA, support secure access, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security with business goals.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, policy management, and documentation. Strong experience with Zscaler, Zero Trust, and REST APIs is required, along with a proactive approach to automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise security technologies.
• Experience administering or supporting Zscaler solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud-delivered security platforms, secure web gateways, Zero Trust solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, authentication, DNS, proxy, SSL/TLS, and application access issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Zscaler platforms including ZIA, ZPA, and related security services.
• Support secure internet access, ZTNA, SSL inspection, web security, DNS security, and cloud-delivered security controls.
• Collaborate with network, security, cloud, identity, and application teams to meet requirements.
• Evaluate requirements and recommend platform capabilities, policies, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access, connectivity, and policy enforcement issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and APIs.
