Notion is seeking a senior operations and strategy leader to shape the go-to-market approach for Japan/APAC, partnering with Sales leadership to drive growth through data-driven decisions and optimized processes. You will lead reporting, BI, and deal-ops while working with cross-functional teams to scale Notion's sales engine.

You will report to the Head of Field Strategy & Operations, leveraging AI tools to accelerate insights and ensure robust data checks.

Formación

• 5+ years in strategy, operations and analytics with growth in SaaS.
• Ability to drill into funnel for outbound/inbound sales and revenue connections.
• Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills with data-driven insights.
• Proficient in core sales tools and data management best practices.
• Ability to apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive strategy for the Japan/APAC region, including territory mapping and long-term planning.
• Support regional sales leaders by providing actionable insights and visibility to sales performance metrics.
• Build reporting and decks for Japan/APAC sales leadership on business state.
• Partner with Japan/APAC sales team to accelerate deals and advise on decision-making.
• Streamline deal operations, including hygiene, quotes, approvals, and handoffs to remove friction.
• Collaborate with GTM Systems to enhance sales tech stack for a best-in-class experience.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing as the operational counterpart for JP/APAC.
• Embed global sales policies and processes, ensuring disciplined execution of strategy.
• Support global planning processes locally, including target setting and territory carving.
• Surface on-the-ground observations to global sales and RevOps leadership.
