Openkrill is seeking a Research Manager to lead Bolt Insight's APAC practice and help shape a regional research program from the ground up. This senior, client-facing role focuses on AI-moderated consumer insight and building authentic client partnerships across APAC.

You will design studies, oversee fieldwork, and turn data into clear, actionable narratives that drive business decisions across Southeast Asia and beyond. Strong APAC market knowledge and fluent English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in consumer or market research with strong client-facing experience.
• Solid quantitative skills: survey design, fieldwork, analysis and reporting.
• Qualitative exposure is a plus.
• Genuinely consultative problem solver who digs into the business problem.
• Confident storyteller who drives decisions, not just informs.
• Comfortable working across multiple APAC markets and time zones.
• Excellent written and spoken English; APAC language capability is a plus.
• Genuinely excited about where AI is taking the research industry.

Aufgaben

• Lead research end-to-end: design studies, manage fieldwork, drive analysis and deliver findings clients can act on.
• Partner with the Commercial Lead throughout the client lifecycle, from scoping to delivery and debrief.
• Build client relationships as the primary APAC research contact and translate insights into action.
• Sharpen delivery processes and standards to scale across regions.
• Collaborate with regional teams and feed context to the global Bolt Insight team.
