Kodland seeks a motivated customer engagement specialist to work remotely with a global audience of students aged 7 to 17. You will contact clients to sign up for trial lessons, share product information, and address questions to move them through enrollment efficiently.

The role emphasizes weekend availability, strong Polish communication, and familiarity with CRM tools to manage client journeys and enrollment progress.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish or ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contacting clients via phone and other communication channels to sign them up for a trial lesson.
• Providing information about products/services, answering client questions and concerns, and resolving them effectively.
• Ensuring clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.
• Supporting clients throughout the process of enrolling in our school.
