Job summary

OpenKrill, a global digital skills platform, seeks a remote full-time client engagement specialist fluent in Polish. You will contact clients to sign them up for trial lessons, provide product information, and resolve questions while guiding them through enrollment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish or strong client communication.
• Available to work weekends (Sat/Sun).
• Stable internet connection and computer.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients via phone and other channels to sign them up for a trial lesson.
• Provide information, answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Ensure clients are enrolled, re-enrolled and confirmed for trial lessons.
• Support clients through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities: Contacting clients via phone and other communication channels to sign them up for a trial lesson. Providing information about products/services, answering client questions and concerns, and resolving them effectively. Ensuring clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons. Supporting clients throughout the process of enrolling in our school.
