Job summary

Circle is seeking a strategic events leader to act as a right hand to senior leadership, coordinating complex global partnerships and high-profile gatherings. You will shape Circle’s narrative at Davos, UNGA, and major World Bank–IMF events while ensuring flawless execution across stakeholders and venues.

Based in the New York or DC area, you will manage VIP programming, travel logistics, and cross-functional collaboration with corporate events and policy teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience curating and hosting senior-level events within policy, government affairs, strategic engagement, a think tank, or a regulatory body.
• Confidence and comfort working directly with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to communicate crisply and run tight meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own Circle’s presence at key gatherings shaping the future of money and policy.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with major institutions and think tanks.
• Coordinate VIP events at Circle’s New York headquarters from concept to on-site execution.
• Lead signature programming to connect policymakers, regulators and industry leaders.
• Oversee partnerships and speaking opportunities to elevate Circle’s narrative.
