Children’s Aid Society is seeking a seasoned administrator to direct the statewide APAC contract program—Alabama Pre/Post Adoption Connections. You will lead program development, coordinate partnerships, and ensure effective adoption services across the state.

Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
More than 5 years experience in casework and/or adoption and foster care, management experience.
LMSW, LICSW (preferred), or LPC. Valid Alabama driver license and auto insurance minimum liability 100/300.
Good communication, problem solving skills. Computer proficiency. Ability to develop, implement, and supervise programs; teach and train; respond calmly and non-judgmentally to others, including persons in crisis, and provide a team approach to service delivery. Ability to demonstrate cultural and socioeconomic proficiency. Understanding of trauma informed care.
Bi-annual TB skin test/medical report
Travel, some overnight. Ability to lift 20 lbs.
