Job summary

Algolia, a leader in AI search, is seeking a Senior Partner Manager for APAC to own and execute the partner strategy across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Southeast Asia. You’ll collaborate with consulting partners, system integrators, technology and cloud partners to embed Algolia into multi-technology solutions.

This is a solutions-focused role requiring real technical fluency and the ability to inspire partners and customers on what is possible with Algolia.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in senior Alliance or Partner roles with tech or SI partners.
• Strong technical fluency on APIs, search/AI architecture and cloud infra.
• Familiarity with agentic AI and accelerator programs for SI/tech partners.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure and major SI firms.
• Track record of regional partner strategy across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing Algolia's partner strategy across APAC.
• Building and managing a portfolio of consulting, SI, technology and cloud partners.
• Recruiting and onboarding new partners into the Algolia Partner Program.
• Shaping agentic solutions combining Algolia with partner tech.
• Working with partners to build and bring solutions to market.
• Developing joint value propositions with technology partners.
• Owning pipeline creation and data accuracy for the APAC portfolio.
• Coordinating GTM and enablement content with partners and internal teams.
