Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Business Development Executive for APAC/China, with focus on Australia. You will develop and manage accounts, build client relationships, and drive annual sales targets from a base in the Australia territory or remote APAC area.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and fluency in English, with experience using Salesforce to track opportunities and performance. A related bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to build and manage client data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accounts within the territory (APAC/China, incl. Australia).
• Achieve annual sales targets and update Salesforce daily with client activity.
• Prepare monthly Salesforce reports and annual sales plans.
• Negotiate quotations, CDAs and MSAs and identify cross-sell opportunities.
