Emplifi is an Autonomous CX platform unifying social marketing, commerce, and customer care for more than 20,000 brands worldwide. The Sales team helps scale digital CX innovations globally, engaging decision-makers and driving new business opportunities.

You will conduct needs assessments calls, generate leads, and collaborate with marketing to achieve targets. The role suits a proactive personality with strong research skills, comfortable with cold calling, and a desire to learn about social

Qualifikationen

• Previous client-facing experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong research skills and proactive outreach are required.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven selling.
• Ability to meet measurable performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Identify and contact key decision makers to drive new business opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, web, email, events and direct mail campaigns.
• Collaborate with Account Executive/Regional Sales Manager and marketing to plan outreach and qualify demonstrations.
• Schedule online product demonstrations and face-to-face meetings to showcase Emplifi value proposition.
