IDEA Public Schools in Texas is seeking dedicated teachers for IDEA College Prep to help every student master academics and social skills necessary for college success. Teachers will set ambitious goals and use data from assessments to inform daily lesson plans, including opportunities for college-credit through dual enrollment, AP, or IB courses.

• Bachelor’s Degree required for this role.
• K-12 classroom experience strongly preferred.
• State certification preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Implement state learning standards and IDEA curricula and assessments.
• Deliver age-appropriate content and grade level curriculum.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback.
• Track student progress with assessments and update gradebook weekly.
• Communicate students' progress with families weekly.
• Establish a consistent behavior management system aligned to campus initiatives.
