Pay Range: $30hr-$32hr

Job Description:

A company located in Vineland, NJ is seeking an AP Specialist working on-site 5 days a week on a contract to hire basis. Qualified candidates are required to have 2-3 plus years of recent Corporate Accounts Payable processing experience along with solid software skills. Responsibilities will include full-cycle accounts payable experience that includes processing high volume of vendor invoices, AP reporting, matching purchase orders, vendor bills, vendor contact, maintaining vendor records, reconciling discrepancies, prepare AP aging reports, wire transfers, ACH, assist with 1099 filing and support month-end close process. Solid accounting software skills are required along with intermediate Excel experience. Strong written and communication skills are needed as well.

Requirements:

• 2-3 plus years of recent Corporate Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with processing a high volume of AP invoices
• Prior experience working with an accounting software system
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
