Pasona Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) in Long Beach, CA. This hybrid role handles essential AP tasks, vendor payments, and reconciliation, with opportunities to expand into AR and GL through cross-training.

The successful candidate will have hands-on AP experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. English proficiency is required; Japanese bilingualism is a plus. Hybrid schedule with on-site Tue-Thu. Training provided.

Formación

• Hands-on Accounts Payable experience required.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookup).
• Ability to manage large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and prepare payments.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Enter transactions into ERP systems and maintain records.
• Handle vendor inquiries and follow up on payments.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable, journal entries, and GL activities as needed.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and audit processes.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on daily operations.
