Job summary

Addison Group in the Bay Area seeks an AP Senior Accountant to own the high-volume accounts payable cycle and drive GL account distributions. The role will lead the deployment and use of AI tools to automate daily tasks and improve accuracy.

This onsite role offers the opportunity to shape automation initiatives, partner with finance teams, and implement new tools to streamline processes in a dynamic real estate investment and development firm.

Qualifications

• 10 years' full cycle AP experience in a high volume environment.
• High volume full cycle accounts payable experience is required.
• Bank reconciliation experience and strong GL account coding.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Must come with strong process automation and system implementation experience, and embrace AI tools.
• Prior job costing experience is a plus.
• Prior Yardi or MRI systems experience is a plus.

Bay Area based real estate investment and development firm seeks an AP Senior Accountant to own the high volume AP full cycle processing, including complex GL account distribution. This role will own related AI tools and software and spearhead the implementation of new tools to eliminate daily routine activities.

This role will be working onsite 4 days per week and the company offers excellent benefits. This is an fantastic role for someone who wants to own a high volume AP function while using AI and other predictive software to automate the process.
